Be cautious of scams, including fraudulent websites, suspicious emails, SMS, or social media messages. Key warning signs to look out for include:
- Persistent or unsolicited sales emails from unfamiliar sources.
- Offers of heavily discounted tickets or packages that seem too good to be true.
- Messages creating a false sense of urgency, such as claims of "last remaining tickets."
- Poor grammar or spelling errors in communications or on websites.
- Claims of endorsement from regulatory organisations or official bodies not involved in ticket sales.

WHAT IS AN
E-TICKET
An e-ticket is an electronic version of a paper ticket. When e-tickets are issued for an event, you will find yours under the "My orders" section of your account. You will be advised by email when your e-ticket is ready for download, usually 48 hours before the event.
